Katie graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2015 when she also joined our team here in Paisley. She is very enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge of Chiropractic with her patients. Her first degree was in Physiology and Sports Science which has enabled her to offer a unique perspective on healthcare. One of her current new treatment options is the use os Applied Kinesiology (ICAK). Katie is also certified in Level 1 Kinnective IASTM. She was also in the team that provided chiropractic support at the British Strongman final in South Wales in 2014. In her spare time she enjoys practising yoga, golf, trail running and hiking.
Donna has been practising as a Massage Therapist since 2002. She has worked with a broad range of individuals including amateur and professional sports people. In 2010 she completed a 12 month contract with a high profile Professional Golfer, working with him at home in Scotland and travelling as part of his team to Europe and the USA. Using her massage therapy techniques she treats a variety of health concerns from musculoskeletal problems and sports injuries as well as promoting relaxation (or change it another way, at the moment she is ‘treating relaxation’). Donna is also a Yoga teacher and a Personal and Group Fitness trainer. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, cycling, walking and weight training. Donna is available in the clinic on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and the first Monday of every month.

His clients include a wide range of individuals: from those with disabilities to professional footballers. He uses a range of massage techniques tailored to each client’s goals, whether this be general well-being, or more specific muscular issues. In his spare time he likes to cycle, train in martial arts, practice playing guitar and enjoys spending time with friends and family. Available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Merits include 5x Scottish Champion and a silver medal at the British Championships. He is also a runner and has a keen interest in many different sports, having played football, tennis and golf over the past 15 years. Ruari’s personal sporting experience helps him understand the challenges faced in various sports, however his skills in Massage Therapy go vastly beyond this and he is able to treat everyday aches pains as well as specific injuries.
