Katie graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2015 and joined our team here in Paisley. She is very enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge in Chiropractic with her patients. Her first degree was in Physiology and Sports Science which has enabled her to offers a unique perspective in healthcare. Her current new treatment option includes using Applied Kinesiology (ICAK). Katie is also certified in Level 1 Kinnective IASTM. She has participated as part of the chiropractic team at the British Strongman final in South Wales in 2014. In her spare time she enjoys practising yoga, golf and walking.
Penny Teshak Fullarton
Penny graduated from Palmer University (Iowa) in 1984, opening a clinic in Paisley in 1998. Having a particular interest in sports encouraged her to become certified as a Chiropractic Sports Practitioner in 1995. Through the years she has advanced her Chiropractic studies; gaining Certification in Applied Kinesiology and Graston Technique and Visceral Manipulation. Overall her practice is very much orientated to family care and she treats patients of all ages and all walks of life. In her free time she practices yoga and enjoys gardening.
Donald has been practicing as a Massage Therapist since 1998. He has a previous background in Karate including competing, coaching and teaching over the past 40 years. This sporting environment has lead to him furthering his Massage studies in sports therapy, his specialty is Men’s Health and sports injury. As well as attending clients in the surgery he has worked with several sports teams: Rangers Football Club, WWE, English National Karate Team and the Scottish Football Association. In his free time Donald enjoys playing the banjo and sports training. Don is available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturdays.
Donna has been practising as a Massage Therapist since 2002. She has worked with a broad range of individuals including amateur and professional sports people. In 2009-10 she completed a 12 month contract with a high profile Professional Golfer, working with him at home in Scotland and travelling as part of his team to Europe and the USA. Using her massage therapy techniques she treats a variety of health concerns from musculoskeletal problems, sports injuries and relaxation. Donna is also a Yoga teacher and a Personal and Group Fitness trainer. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, cycling, walking and weight training. Donna is available in the clinic on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Finn qualified from the prestigious Western School of Massage in 2016, with diplomas in Swedish, Remedial & Sports massage. His clients include a wide range of individuals, from those with disabilities to professional footballers. He uses a range of massage techniques to tailor to each client’s goals, whether this be general well being or more specific muscular issues. In his spare time he like’s to Cycle, Train in martial arts, practice playing guitar and enjoy spending time with friends and family. Available Mondays and Fridays.
Ruari has recently graduated from City of Glasgow college with a diploma Sports Therapy. As well as progressing in his field, Ruari has performed at the top level of British Cycling. Merits include 5x Scottish Champion and a silver medal at British Championships. He also has a keen interest in many different sports, having played football, tennis, golf and running in the past 15 years. Ruari’s personal sporting experience helps him understand the challenges faced in various sports, however his skills in Massage Therapy are vast, treating everyday aches pains as well as specific injuries. Ruari is available in clinic Tuesday and Thursday.
